Trying Something New (Arizona Part 2)
We spent the remainder of the trip closer to civilization, staying just outside of Bisbee within walking distance of the town. We decided to walk around and do some street photography. It’s not my normal cup of tea, but its good to stretch myself every now and then.
One of the first things that caught my eye was this ice cream shop with its bright colors and unique logo. Unfortunately, it was closed the whole time we were there so I never got to try it out.
This is my favorite image from that outing. The figures on the wall were interesting to me and I was able to use the sidewalk railing as a leading line through the photo.
Bisbee being a mining town, there was a display of a minecart train in the middle of town. All the textures and the mechanics of it were fascinating to me.
We ended the trip by visiting the Apache Trail. I like the way the road curves through the shot and the electrical tower works with the picture instead of being a distraction in it.
The main scenic overlook was a lake at the bottom of the cliffs. It was so peaceful and not what most people expect to see in Arizona.
Amazingly, I’ve visited Arizona 7 or 8 times now and I still feel I haven’t seen it all. Go there if you get a chance! Don’t miss out on the second video from this trip below. Until next time, bye for now.
