Spring Flowers (Stuck at Home)
I, like many of you, have been stuck at home, but I still like to go for walks to get exercise and take my camera with me. Here are two of my favorite flower shots that I’ve captured during this time.
In the early hours of the morning, around sunrise, I saw this tulip that hadn’t opened up yet. I like how this image has a feeling of soft stillness, waiting, and new beginnings. To me, this is what spring is all about.
This shot is similar to one I took last year but under completely different weather conditions. I’m always fascinated by how trees transition from being completely bare to covered in little flowers and then green leaves.
Both these images are about patience, and I think that’s what we all have to have in this current situation. Stay safe. Bye for now.
